DOUBLE TAPP RANGE — RANGE DAY VENDOR AGREEMENT
Grand Reopening Event — September 26, 2026

1. PARTIES. This Agreement is between Tactical Defense Solutions, LLC, operating as Double Tapp Range ("DTR" or the "Range"), and the undersigned vendor ("Vendor"), governing Vendor's participation in the Range Day event held on the Property on September 26, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (the "Event").

2. VENDOR TIER, FEES, AND APPROVAL.
(a) Vendor selects one of the following tiers at sign-up: Standard Table ($100) or Range Vendor ($250).
(b) Range Vendor spots are limited to six (6) total and are assigned on a first-paid, first-reserved basis, subject to approval under subsection (d) below.
c) Fees are due in full at the time of registration and are non-refundable, except as provided in subsection (d) or in the event Vendor is removed under Section 8.
(d) Approval. All vendor registrations are subject to review and approval by DTR Management. Payment at registration does not guarantee a vendor spot. If Vendor's registration is not approved, DTR will issue a full refund and this Agreement will be void as to that Vendor.

3. SPACE AND SETUP.

(a) Vendor will be assigned a table location by DTR at its sole discretion.

(b) Vendor is solely responsible for providing all setup materials, including but not limited to tables, chairs, tents/pop-ups, and any other display or booth equipment. DTR does not provide tables, chairs, canopies, or any other setup items.

(c) DTR does not have electrical power available on-site. Any Vendor requiring power for demonstrations, lighting, or equipment must provide their own generator or power source, subject to DTR's approval and any safety requirements DTR may impose (e.g., placement, fuel storage, noise).

(d) Setup begins at 8:30 AM on Saturday, September 26, 2026. Breakdown may not begin until 3:00 PM. Vendor is required to remain set up and present for the full duration of the Event (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

(e) This is a rain-or-shine event. The Event will not be cancelled or postponed due to weather, and no refunds will be issued on that basis. Vendor is responsible for ensuring its setup, products, and equipment are suitable for outdoor conditions.

(f) Range Vendors will be assigned space on the live range and must comply with all range safety protocols in Section 5.

4. PRODUCTS AND COMPLIANCE.
(a) Vendor is solely responsible for ensuring all products, services, demonstrations, and sales comply with all applicable federal, state, and local law, including but not limited to ATF regulations governing the sale, transfer, or demonstration of firearms, suppressors, and NFA items.
(b) Any Vendor selling or transferring firearms or NFA items must hold a valid, current FFL/SOT license and provide a copy to DTR prior to the Event. [Confirm with Jeanette whether license verification happens at registration or on-site.]
(c) DTR does not endorse and is not responsible for the safety, quality, legality, or performance of any Vendor product or service.

5. RANGE SAFETY (Range Vendors — on-range demos).
(a) Vendor and all Vendor staff must comply with the Five Firearms Safety Rules and DTR's Posted Range Rules & Standard Operating Procedures at all times.
(b) All firearms demonstrations must be conducted under the direction of, or with prior approval from, a DTR Range Safety Officer.
(c) DTR reserves the right to halt or restrict any demonstration at its sole discretion for safety reasons.

6. INSURANCE. All Vendors — Standard Table and Range Vendor alike — are required to carry general and product liability insurance, naming Tactical Defense Solutions, LLC as additional insured, with a minimum coverage of [$1M/$2M per occurrence/aggregate — confirm with Jeanette] for the duration of the Event. Vendor must provide a certificate of insurance to DTR prior to the Event. A one-day event liability policy is an acceptable substitute for Vendors who do not carry ongoing coverage.

7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE, AND INDEMNIFICATION.
Vendor acknowledges that firearms and the Property are inherently dangerous, and expressly assumes all risk of participating in the Event, including but not limited to the risks described in DTR's standard Range waivers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendor releases, indemnifies, defends, and holds harmless DTR and its Agents (as defined in DTR's standard waiver documents) from any and all claims, damages, losses, and liabilities — including attorneys' fees — arising out of or related to Vendor's participation in the Event, Vendor's products, or the acts or omissions of Vendor or Vendor's staff, agents, or representatives, even where caused or contributed to by the negligence of DTR or its Agents.

8. CONDUCT AND REMOVAL. DTR may remove any Vendor from the Event at its sole discretion for violation of this Agreement, the Posted Rules, or conduct deemed unsafe or disruptive, without refund.

9. MEDIA RELEASE. DTR may photograph, film, or record the Event, including Vendor's booth, staff, and products, and use such media for marketing purposes without compensation to Vendor.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ada County, Idaho, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. BY SIGNING, VENDOR WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

11. ACKNOWLEDGMENT. By purchasing a Vendor space, the Vendor has read and understands this Agreement, executes it voluntarily, and agrees to be bound by its terms.
